Aluminum Repousse Suns
Third grade students created these radiating suns on aluminum foil. They learned about geometric shapes and each carefully designed a sun that radiates out from the center. Each student colored their sun with permanent markers and then carefully cut it out with scissors. A piece of yarn was added so that the suns could be hung from the ceiling of the display case in the hallway!
