Art Styles and Movements
Eighth graders create these posters for display around the school. I emphasized to them that I needed their help to teach the other students about all the different types of art.
Each student signed up for an art style or movement throughout history and then created an informative poster about their subject.
I put emphasis on making the information understandable for younger students and including lots of pictures to draw the viewer in.
Once the posters were on display it was nice to see other students stopping to read the information that the eighth graders provided.
