Ceramics II
Utilizing prior knowledge from Ceramics I, students in
Ceramics II enhance both their hand-building and wheel-throwing techniques. Students combine personal artistic
interpretations with advanced skills to create a variety of pieces over the course
of the year. Student choice and
independent growth are emphasized throughout the process.
Students in Ceramics II are encouraged to think creatively and to push their problem solving skills to the next level. Each of the units below is an opportunity for students to demonstrate both their understanding of Ceramics techniques and their ability to think creatively.
