Shape Cartoons
During our cartooning unit, fifth grade students created these shape-based characters. They started with basic geometric scrap paper, glued these to a larger piece of drawing paper, and then added fun and creative cartoon faces based on the research we had completed in class. Additional details were added to the geometric shapes to turn them into clothing.
